Apple 1year Warranty + Weconnect Extended 1year Warranty in Cote d’Ivoire
Apple-Iphones:
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in Apple-Iphones. In the 2nd year the extended warranty which covers normal warranty issues. Non-Apple BrandedProducts:
This includes any hardware products or softv;are that are not Apple-branded, even if packaged or sold with Apple hardware.
Software:
The warranty does not cover software, including system software distributed by Apple.
Consumable Parts:
Such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Cosmetic Damage:
Including but not limited to scratches dents.and brokenplastic on ports.
Damage from External Causes:
Such as accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, or other external causes.
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications:
Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Operating Outside Guidelines:
Damage caused by operating the Apple Product outside Apple's published guidelines
Normal Wear and Tear:
Damage due to normal aging andwear and tear of the product.
Removed or Defaced Serial Numbers:
If any serial number has been removed or defaced.
Stolen Products:
If Apple receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you cannot deactivate security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access and cannot prove you are the authorized user.
Terms and Conditions of Extended Warranty
1. 1-year extended warranty would be applicable as per manufacturer’s 1 year warranty defined under (https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/ios-warranty-emea-english.html)
2. Any warranty claim would be rejected for any unit which was serviced/opened by any unauthorized Apple service provider.
3. Customers are advised to have a backup of their data before handing over the unit for repair. Any loss of data during the repair process shall not be liable for any compensation regarding data loss.
4. Any Physical damage to the unit shall not be covered in the extended warranty coverage.
5. right to stop any extended warranty coverage to the customers without prior notice.
6. Extended warranty coverage can only be availed locally in the country.
